Troubleshooting
Hands-free function is not working
If the Co-Comm CV100 is connected to two phones and one of them is in use, it is
possible that the hands-free function of the other can not be used. If this happens,
use the phone.
The battery does not charge correctly

Check that the power cord is connected to the unit to charge the battery correctly.

Clean the load contacts of the Co-Comm CV100 and the battery with a clean,
dry cloth.
●
Replace the battery or charger if it seems damaged.
If the above guidelines do not help solve the problem, note the model number and
serial number of your phone, your warranty details and a clear description of the
problem. Then contact the provider after-sales service.
