5.3 UPPER HANDLE
1. Fix the upper handle and the lower handle with the bolt, washer and locking knob. (Fig. 2K)
2. Connect the upper brake control wire (1) and lower brake control wire with wiring connector. (Fig. 2L)
3. Fix the upper brake control wire into brake control handle. (Fig. 2M)
4. Fix brake control handle into upper handle. (Fig. 2N)

Fix lower handle and wheels same as section 5.1 and 5.2.
