If the beep (emitted when inserting the battery in
the control box) is followed by two buzzing
sounds, this means that the actuators need to be
0-point calibrated. See the section on 0-point
calibration on the previous page.
Five short buzzes mean that the battery needs
charging and, thus, the actuators will not work.
Both buzzes will be emitted if both calibration
and battery replacement are required.
Always keep an extra charged battery hand to
avoid downtime.
Always wait at least two seconds from the
actuators stopping before removing the battery.
Remember to calibrate the actuators after battery
replacement. See the section on 0-point
calibration.
7. Operational failure
If issues with operation arise, it is important to
check that all plugs are correctly connected to
the control box and the remote control as well as
between the battery and the control box.
If the actuators do not work despite the battery
being charged, the Tilt Shower Commode must
be 0-point calibrated.
0-point calibration
The manual 0-point calibration is performed using
the remote control:
1. Press the
”
Arrow-down button
”
for approx. 12
seconds until the control box emits a mechanical
motor sound.
2. Release the button once the seat has reached
bottom position. The two actuators have now
been calibrated.
