Cut the bands from and remove the Hardware Kit, BDE Kit, MXP, C-Band Feed and Marine
Air Conditioner boxes.

Move these boxes to a location where they will be protected until you are ready to install
the below decks equipment.
8.
Remove the 4 lag bolts from
the sawhorse legs that are
farthest from the edge of the
pallet.
9.
Bolts with Nyloc nuts are up
through the pallet and
sawhorse legs that are closest
to the edge of the pallet.
10.
Using an open end wrench on
the underside of the pallet
and a wrench or socket from
the top, remove the 4 Nyloc
nuts on the bolts that are up
through the pallet and
sawhorse legs.
11.
Discard all of this shipping
hardware.

Open the GA Assembly Hardware Kit.
13.
Set the Az Post/Sawhorse on base frame (ground strap forward) and align the mounting
holes in the feet of the sawhorse to the holes in the base pan.
14.
Apply Loctite to the 8 sawhorse mounting bolts.
15.
Install all 8 of the bolts up through the base frame, base pan and foot of the sawhorse
with a flat washer and hex nut on top.
16.
Using an open end wrench on the underside of the base frame and a wrench or socket
from the top, tighten the 8 hex nuts to torque spec.
