SNMP Monitoring and Control

The Network Controller Card in an 8321 series frame provides optional support for remote monitoring
of your frame and using the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), which is compatible with
many third-party monitoring and control tools.

Refer to your 9215-FTx-EM Management Information Base (MIB) files for a breakdown of SNMP
controls on the cards. Refer to the MFC-8300 Series User Manual for additional information on
SNMP Monitoring and Control.
