State, and Federal regulations concerning equipment, navigation, and environmental
issues. These regulations vary considerably with locale. Contact your dealer, local

The U.S. Coast Guard has primary responsibility for regulation of these waters. State
and Local authorities may also regulate boating activities. Operation in these waters
