PPORTUNITIES
Most boaters can enhance their enjoyment of boating experiences through increased
knowledge of safe operation, navigation, and regulation of pleasure boats. The U.S.
Coast Guard Auxiliary, U.S. Power Squadron, and The American Red Cross offer
courses covering a wide range of boating knowledge and skills, Water Safety, First Aid,
and CPR. Cobalt encourages your participation in these programs.
