Changing the blade
1. Turn off the tile saw and pull out the plug from the wall socket.
2. Remove the water tray.
3. Remove the blade guard using
a crosshead screwdriver.
4. Unscrew the blade lock nut from the spindle
and remove the outer flange washer using the
two provided spanners. The inner flange washer
should be left on the spindle.
5. Slide the new blade onto the spindle, observing the direction of rotation arrow,
and then replace the flange washer and lock nut.
6. Tighten the nut properly, but do not overtighten it.
Care and maintenance
•
Turn the tile saw off and unplug it.
•
Wipe the tile saw after use with a damp cloth and keep the ventilation openings clear.
•
Empty and rinse out the water tray after use.
