Non-volatile Data Memory Data FLASH

The non-volatile data memory Data FLASH can be used to store important data such as constant data, calibration data,

protection safety-related information, etc. The data stored in this area has the characteristic that the data is not lost in the event

of a chip power outage or a sudden or unexpected power outage. The Data FLASH space allocation block diagram is shown in

the following figure:

General Purpose Data Memory RAM

The internal data memory is divided into three parts: low 128Bytes, high 128Bytes, and special function register SFR. The
