SUSPENSION COMPONENTS
With the lug suspension (1) attached to hoist, assemble as follows and as shown in exploded view on previous page:
1. Align customer supplied mounting plate (9) to lug suspension (1) as shown in the exploded view.
2. Align radio mounting plate (6) to mounting plate (9).
3. Insert M12 bolt (2) through flat washer (3) and insert through both mounting plates and suspension lug (1), with bolt-head and flat
washer on mounting plate (6) side. Repeat for both bolts.
4. Add lock washer (5) on opposite side of bolt. Thread M12 nylon lock nut (4) onto threaded bolt by hand until finger tight.
Repeat for both nuts.
5. Torque M12 nylon lock nut to 70 ft·lbs (95 N·m). Repeat for both.
6. Using included M8 hardware (10), assemble FLEX radio control unit (7) to radio mounting plate.
7. Assemble radio antenna (8) to FLEX radio control unit.
