5. Drill out rivets that secure the bottom of the front fenders to the frame (Figure 4-21, Page 4-11) .

6. Pull the instrument panel back enough to free front fender.
7. Remove front fender from vehicle.
FRONT FENDER INSTALLATION
1. Install front fender in the reverse order of removal.
2. Tighten front fender hardware to 22 in-lb (2.5 N·m).
UNDER PEDAL CLOSEOUT PANEL REMOVAL
1. Drill out rivets that secure the closeout panel to the frame (Figure 4-22, Page 4-12) .
2. Pull the closeout panel back and down passing it over the pedals.
3. Remove closeout panel from vehicle.
