To leave a message:
Dial the DID or extension, wait for the beep, press pound when done.

To retrieve your messages, from the outside:
If outside the system: Dial your DID or extension from Auto Attendant
When you hear your greeting, press # (pound)
Enter Password
To retrieve your messages, from inside the system: Dial *86
