If you are using an external computer, check whether the signal
cable is connected well or whether there is a quality problem.

If the machine is equipped with a computer, please use the smart
remote control to control the built-in computer for selection before
rebooting into the system.

Adjust by using the VOL+/- button of the remote control.

Inaccurate touch positioning
Check whether the windows calibration function is set correctly,
please restart the positioning and calibration.

Touch function jumps and is invalid
Restart the machine (power off) before using.
If the machine is equipped with a computer, check whether
there is pre-installed software such as 360 anti-virus. If so, please close it.
