Why is there blank black borders on both sides of the page when
the office file (PPT file) is displayed in full screen, and the content does
not completely cover the screen?
As the file display ratio is set to 4:3 when using PPT, please switch the
ratio to 16:9.

Why do some classroom equipment start slowly after turning on?
This may be caused by a variety of reasons. In theory, their
configuration is the same, so the startup speed should be the same after
booting. The boot speed will slow down in the following situations,
including inserting a USB flash drive, poisoning, full hard disk space, or

Why is the multi-touch function of some devices unavailable?
First of all, the multi-touch function is not applicable to XP and IOS
systems. For the WIN7 system, multi-touch function is only available for
home premium version or above no matter it’s an external computer or a
built-in one. (Windows7 Professional Edition and Ultimate Edition are
recommended).
