marketing
(e.g.

headphones,
bell,
etc.)
through
the
stores
of
the
Company,
it
is
provided
warranty
period
of
one
(1)
year
from
the
date
of
purchase
of
the
product,
resulting
from
the
purchase
document
(receipt
or
invoice).

In
case
of
manufacturing
fault,
found
on
inspection
by
the
authorised
department
of
the
Company
during
the
scheduled
procedures,
the
product
will
be
replaced
with
the
same
or
with
another
of
the
same
specifications
or
refunded.

In
any
case,
the
consumer
has
all
the
rights
provided
by
the
regulations
in
force
and
more
specifically
the
regulations
of
sale
agreements.

The
above
warranty
does
not
cover
damage
caused
by:

contrary

installation,

maintenance

storage

drop,

or

exposure
to

and

events,

influences
and
interventions

all

buyer
or

third
part
and

non
‐
specialized
and
authorized
person.

Normal
wear
of

due
to
intended

no
responsibility
for

damage
