WATER TANK CONNECTION & PUMP

Check the water pipe underneath the
machine, find a straight run with space
around it and also before it goes into the
solenoid valve.  Cut the pipe and insert T
fitting.  Look for space inside the battery
compartment or underneath the chassis to
fit the pump and run the water pipe to the
T fitting.

The pump needs fitting into the plastic
battery compartment or steel chassis -

don’t screw into the tank

.  If there is no

room in the battery compartment, try

underneath the machine.  Ensure pump
cables and water pipe are securely fitted
and will not be damaged over time.  Lift the
brush deck up and down and check the
pedal and brush deck is not moving near
any cables or the water pipe.  Also check
squeegee bracket movement is not going
to affect the water pipe or cables.

Find the cable and water pipe entry point
into the battery compartment.  Rear casing
or handle assemblies often have entry
points you can also drill through switch
plates, as shown, for access.
