If repair is required, send the complete battery to our Sales & Service Center!
It may be repaired only by authorized technicians. Opening the battery will void the warranty.

Expected number of test
rundowns is not
achieved with one
charge of the battery. Battery is not fully charged.

Use fully charged battery.
The warning threshold for undervol-
tage is not set to minimum value.

Set the undervoltage to 37,2 Volt
using the control on the
tool
screen.
A high torque was required for the
rundowns, e.g. for coated screws or
for several revolutions.
Using a high torque for a longer
period of time will reduce the number
of rundowns to be achieved with one
battery charge.
Battery has too many charging
cycles. After 800 charging cycles the capac-
ity is reduced to approx. 60%.
No LCD display Battery is in Deep Sleep Mode

Recharge battery with charger
Battery is defective

Replace battery
Changing LCD display Battery temperature is > 118.4° C

Leave the battery to cool. Display
expires.
Battery detecting short-circuit

Remove short-circuit.

Push battery on to battery
charger. This will reset the error
message.
Charger indicates bat-
