3 Charging the battery
Battery is only partly charged upon delivery.

It must be fully charged before initial use.

Battery charging temperature: 0 °C to +40 °C (32 °F to 140 °F).

Follow the safety instructions printed on the battery and charger.

Fully charge new batteries or those not used for a long time.

Do not totally discharge the battery (< 32 V).

Protect the battery from impact.

Keep the charger and battery contacts clean and dry.

Protect the battery from moisture.

The battery can remain in the charger when not in use thanks to very low self-discharge.

Replace and recycle used batteries (see 10 Disposal, page 27.)
WARNING!
Non-matching batteries may cause the battery to overheat or damaged.

Only use original Cleco battery chargers
as they are optimally matched to the battery.
NOTE
With proper use, the battery can be charged at least 800 times (60 % capacity). Here, the following is
