5 Troubleshooting

Could not reach the
expected number of run-
downs with one

Use only fully charged batteries.

In the Tool Setup screen of the controller, set the
value for L ow Level to 17.5 Volts.
During tightening
sequence, high torque is
required, for example
with coated screws.
Battery has already
cycled too often.

Accu defective

Replace accu.
6 Service

Keep contacts free from contaminations. This is the only way to ensure smooth functioning.
7 Maintenance
If repair is required, send the complete battery to our Sales & Service Center!
It may be repaired only by authorized technicians. Opening the battery will void the warranty.
