11. Move to the door end and place the final end panel
in position (as shown in the following diagram) and
fasten it to the corner bracket.
12. Brace the end panel in place and install a flat
bracket a few inches in from the door opening on the
inside to secure each end panel to the base frame.
13. With the final end panel in place and secured to the
corner bracket, assemble the tubes for the upper
frame support for the back/open wall. This support
consists of the same frame tubes and is the same
length as the front and back metal base frame tubes.
14. Attach the frame support to the end panels using the
104640 tie connector (corner bracket) as shown
below.
View shows the inside of the greenhouse.
NOTE:
This upper frame support secures the upper
portion of the end panels. Its position can be adjusted
and depends on the structure that the greenhouse is
attached to.
15. To prevent interfering with the door installation,
remove the screws
from the angled end panels
along the door edges. See vertical dashed lines
above.
16. Set the door in place and slide the end panels
together to sandwich the door in the opening.
ATTENTION:
Lock the deadbolt of the door
before
you
slide the base rails together.
17. Place one upper, angled end panel in position on the
non-door end wall panels
, align the edges and ends
of the panel with the lower panels, and secure the
upper panel using 3/4" Tek screws and 3" x 3"
square plates. (See the diagrams and photos that
follow.)
18. Take the remaining upper, angled end panel, loosen
the screws, used to secure the polycarbonate along
the bottom of the panel, and set the panel in
position.
