REQUIRED TOOLS

The following list identifies the main tools needed to

assemble the shelter. Additional tools and supports may be

needed depending on the structure, location, and

application.
•  Tape measure or measuring device
•  Fine point marker to mark the location on tubing
•  Variable speed drill and impact driver (cordless with

extra batteries works best)

•  Wrench, ratchet and socket (recommended)
•  Scissors
•  Two ropes long enough to reach over the shelter
•  Hammers and gloves
•  Metal file and metal-cutting saw
•  Duct tape (supplied by customer)
•  Box cutter or utility knife
•  Ladders, work platforms, and other machinery for lifting

designed to work safely at the height of the shelter

UNPACK AND IDENTIFY PARTS

The following steps will ensure that you have all the

necessary parts before you begin to assemble the shelter.
1.  Unpack the contents of the shipment and place where

you can easily inventory the parts. Refer to the Bill of

Materials/Spec Sheets.

2.  Verify that all parts listed on the Bill of Materials/Spec

Sheets are present. If anything is missing or you have

questions, consult the Pictorial Parts Guide and all

shelter diagrams for clarification, or contact Customer

Service.

NOTE:

At this time, you do not need to open the plastic

bags containing smaller parts such as fasteners or

washers (if present).

QUICK START GUIDE

For a quick overview of this shelter and its components,

consult the Quick Start Guide at the back of these

instructions.

SPECIAL NOTE: Wheel Jack Mounting Board

These instructions describe installing a mounting board

on the inside of the frame. The mounting board runs from

the front to the back of the frame and provides a mounting

surface for the pivoting wheel jacks.

This board is required

The mounting board material and fasteners needed to

secure the board to the frame are

not included

 with the

shipment and must be supplied by the customer.

These instructions describe using 2" x 6" lumber for the

mounting board.

This is the minimum lumber thickness

needed to safely and properly secure the pivoting wheel

assemblies to the frame.

 DO NOT USE LUMBER WITH

SMALLER DIMENSIONS.

Consult a qualified professional

before

using other

materials for the mounting boards.

The mounting board is

installed after the frame is assembled.

ATTENTION:

These instructions describe installing the

mounting board above the lower purlin. All diagrams within

that procedure show this installation. In some instances, it

may be beneficial to install the mounting board below the

lower purlin. If you decide to install the mounting board

below the lower purlin, minor adjustments must be made

during the installation of the lower purlin.

Read through these instructions before you begin to adjust

for the differences. To view the mounting board installed

below the lower purlin, consult the diagrams in the Quick

Start Guide at the back of this manual.

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS

To prevent property damage and possible injury, follow

these instructions:
•  DO NOT move the building during windy or stormy

conditions.

•  ALWAYS SECURE the building to the site.
•  AFTER MOVING the building, retract the wheel

assemblies so the building rests on the rafters and

secure the building to the site.

•  DO NOT OCCUPY the building during windy or stormy

conditions.

•  DO NOT PULL THE BUILDING using equipment such

as tractors, pickups, or similar machinery.

•  ALWAYS MOVE the building with the help of assistants.
•  INSPECT the building and all components after it is

moved to verify that all connections remain secure and

in working condition.
