INSTALL THE SIDEWALLS
Once concrete is set, install sidewalls.
NOTE:
The gate of the corral is assembled differently
and includes different pipe. The procedure to
assemble and install the gate is described in a later
step.
Complete these steps. Consult Quick Start diagrams.
1. Locate the pipe sections for three (3) horizontal
sidewall frame tubes for one sidewall and
assemble each tube.
NOTE:
Each horizontal frame tube consists of one (1) drilled 99" swaged pipe (#190S099D) and one
(1) drilled 79.5" plain pipe (#190P0795D).
Insert the swaged ends of the 99" pipes into the non-drilled plain ends of the 79.5" plain pipes.
2. Slide a single-socket tee coupler (#10015108) onto two (2) of the assembled frame tubes (top and
bottom) and a two-socket cross connector (#10015808) onto the third frame tube (middle).
3. Locate six (6) 104302 pipe fittings w/base. Remove and discard the bases from each fitting, leaving the
pipe ends and fasteners.
4. Using a 5/16" x 2" bolt, 5/16" nut, and the pre-drilled holes, attach one pipe end (see previous step) to
each end of the frame tubes.
NOTE:
Verify that the orientation of the pipe ends match at each end of each frame tube. Adjust pipe
assembly as needed.
