and cover is centered evenly on frame, complete the

following steps to install the PVC cover conduit.

and continue by tightening side ratchet

4. Repeat previous steps to install and slightly tighten remaining straps. Photos below show examples of pony wall

shelters and how to attach ratchets to secure main cover.
