End Rafter
Purlin
END RAFTER ASSEMBLY
In addition to the steps in the previous procedure, complete
the following steps
for two (2) end rafters only
.
1. Take one of the remaining assembled rafters and place
it on a flat surface.
2. Slide five (5) end clamps (102856) and two (2) band
clamps (QH1402) onto the rafter in the locations
noted below. (Clamps are repositioned during frame
assembly when purlins are added.)

NOTE:
Position all clamps as shown. Use a piece of
duct tape to keep clamps from sliding when rafter is
set in place if desired. Below: Position all end clamps
to prepare for frame assembly. Purlin pipe is installed
during frame assembly.
3. After installing clamps, attach base plate and pipe
assemblies.
Align base plates during installation.
