From the MAIN MENU, move the pointer to the 

<Help>

 selection, and then click the 

[HOME]

to enter the HELP screen as shown:

DESCRIPTION:

This screen tells how the keys on the IR Remote 
are used in the OSD Menu system. The Arrow, 
Home and Menu keys are shown:

the option to save and exit the settings menus, or to exit without saving, as shown:
