to enter the HELP screen as shown:

From the MAIN MENU, press the
[MENU]
key again to enter the EXIT screen. This screen presents
the option to save and exit the settings menus, or to exit without saving, as shown:

To save settings: Yes/No
OK/HOME:
The
[HOME]
key exits the menu system
BACK/MENU:
The
[MENU]
key returns to the Main menu
