Allow water to run out of the
cleaner
�
Hold the cleaner [1] with the opening
of the connection pin [2] facing down-
wards. Let the water [3] drain until it is
only just dripping.

Lift the cleaner [1] alternately at the
gearbox housing [2] , until no more water
[3] comes out of the brush roller [4] .

Component check
Check all components for damage.
Check all the components that are
part of the high-pressure water supply
with particular care. Replace defec-
tive components. This will allow you to
restart operations without delay at next
commissioning.

Maintaining the cleaner
Clean the system thoroughly to remove
dirt that collects in day-to-day opera-
tion.
Cleaning:

Use solvent-based cleaners (brake
cleaners) for aluminium and plastic
surfaces.
�
Use a soap solution as a bath for
brushes. Let the brushes soak in the
bath and then rinse them off in clean
water after cleaning.
