cleaning the housing

Clean the housing, when necessary, using a slightly damp soft cloth.
• Remove hair and fluff from the nozzles at regular intervals.
cleaning the turbo nozzle
1. Push the release knob, as shown, in the direction of the arrow and
open up the cover at the same time.
2. Pull out any hair or dirt trapped in the bristles of the nozzle.
3. Push the release knob again in the direction of the arrow and close
the cover at the same time.
troubleshooting
Should the device not work at some time, exhibits signs or damage or a spare part is required,
please contact the customer service department. For your own safety, do not attempt to carry
out repairs yourself.

Is the exhaust air valve in the handle open? Close it.

exceeded? Empty the dust container.
• Is one of the filters heavily soiled? Clean it.

Is the nozzle, the telescopic tube or the suction hose
clogged? Pull out the mains plug and clear the clogging.
Dust escapes from the
device during cleaning.
Check whether the dust container is correctly inserted and
closed; correct, if necessary.
Unusual odour
A new odour is normal when the device is used for the
first time; it disappears after a while.
