• You can clean the handle with a damp cloth if necessary.
• Let the suction tube and the handle air dry completely.
• Put the suction tube back into the device and the handle back on the suction tube.
Both of them must audibly lock into place.
Cleaning the housing, nozzles and suction hose
• If needed, clean the housing and the suction hose with a damp, soft cloth.
• Take
the
fl
oor or turbo nozzle off of the device by pushing
the release button (
H
) and pulling the device out of the
nozzle.
• To put the
fl
oor or turbo nozzle back on, put the device
back into the nozzle. It must audibly lock into place.
• Regularly remove hair and lint from the nozzles and, if ap-
plicable, the suction hose.
Storage
• To stow the device, lay the suction hose over the holder
and insert the suction tube in the corresponding holder on
the side of the device.
• Attach the two nozzles to the nozzle holder.
• Hold the device in an upright position.
• Store the device in a cool, dry indoor room that is not ac-
cessible for children or animals.

The vacuum
cleaner has no
suction power.
• Has the mains plug been correctly inserted in the socket?
Correct the position of the mains plug.
• Is the socket defective? Try another socket.
• Check the fuse for your mains connection.
The suction power
is weak.
• Is the dust bin too full? Empty the bin.
• Are
the
fi
lters heavily laden with dirt? Clean the cyclone
insert, the motor
fi
lters and the HEPA exhaust air
fi
lter.
• Is the nozzle, the suction tube or suction hose plugged?
Switch the device off, pull the mains plug out of the socket
and remove the obstruction (also see the chapter “Clean-
ing”).
