Attaching / Detaching Mop Pads
PLEASE NOTE!

The mop pads must not be attached to the cleaning feet when they are wet.
1. Attach one mop pad in each case to a cleaning foot (

) using the hook and loop
fastener.
2. To detach the mop pads, pull them o

the cleaning feet.
Adjusting the Length of the Telescopic Tube
1. Press the slider (

) on the telescopic tube (

) and adjust it to the length you want.
2. Release the slider and move the tube a little bit more until it engages.
Charging Up the Battery
PLEASE NOTE!

Risk of short-circuits!
Do not insert any conducting objects (e. g. screwdrivers or
similar items) into the charging socket.
■
Only connect the mains adapter to a plug socket that is properly installed and match-
es the technical data of the device. The plug socket must also be readily accessible
after connection so that the connection to the mains can quickly be isolated.
■
Pull the mains adapter out of the plug socket if it is not going to be used for a lengthy
period of time.
■
It is essential that you charge up the battery fully before you

rst use the device
in order to achieve the maximum charging capacity.
1. Make sure that the device is switched o

2. Connect the barrel connector of the mains adapter to the charging socket (

back of the main unit (

3. Connect the mains adapter to a properly installed plug socket that is easily acces-
sible. The control lamp lights up red.
The battery is fully charged when the green control lamp lights up.
4. Disconnect the mains adapter from the mains power and then from the main unit.
