Please read the instruction manual carefully before using this product. Make sure you understand how the reel stops
in case of an accident. Unauthorised use may cause serious damage. Save the instructions for further reference.
Mount the hose reel on the wall or ceiling depending on its use. The most common mounting is on the wall approx.
1.25 meters above ground. Min. distance to the ground is 80 cm. Use screws with a suitable size and preferably
spring washers. Attach the hose reel to the nearest air outlet.
After each use, shut off the air supply. At very high temperatures it might be diffi cult to rewind the hose. Please shut
off the air before attempting to rewing the hose. Do not leave the hose unwound in very low tempereatures. It might
be diffi cult to rewind the hose.
1. The hose reel has a built in ratchet.
2. When pulling the hose the ratchet clicks. 2-3 louder clicks for each meter indicates lock positions. Release the
hose after a loud click. It is now locked.
3. For more length repeat step 2.
4. For retraction pull the hose a little. The hose will rewind automatically.
To avoid damage on the reel please hold the nozzle when rewinding. The automatic hose guide lets the hose
rewind evenly.
Do not rinse or wash the reel under water. A very dirty hose can be wiped down with a cloth before or under
retraction.
Mount the reel in a protected area away from direct sunlight, rain and snow. Store in a dry area.
