LUBRICATION

SECURITY

USE

• It's strongly recommended that an air filter, regulator and lubricator are used, as this will supply clean lubricated

air at the correct pressure into the tool.

• Read the instruction manual carefully before installing, operating, servicing or repairing the tool.

• Use an airline lubricator with the oil set at two drops per minute.

• If an airline lubricator can not be used, then add one teaspoon of special (SAE 10) air motor oil into the air inlet

once a day. To lubricate, shut off the air supply of the tool, depress the line by pressing the trigger on the tool.

Disconnect the airline and inject into the intake bushing a teaspoon of suitable pneumatic motor lubricating oil,

preferably incorporating rust inhibitor. Reconnect the tool to the air supply and run the tool slowly for a few sceonds

to allow the air to circulate the oil in the air motor system.

• Check clutch grease once each month, use 22ml good bearing oil or grease.

• Your care and good judgment are the best protection against injury. All possible hazards cannot be covered

here, but we have tried to highlight some of the important ones. This tool and its accessories must not be modified.

• This tool may only be used by qualified people.

• To prevent it from being thrown out of the tool, make sure that the chisel and the retainer spring are mounted

properly ad locked into position.

• Be aware that when loosening fasteners, the tool can move away quite quickly from the fastener being undone.

An allowance must always be made for this reward movement, to avoid the possibility of hand, arm or body

entrapement.

• Do not use sockets, grinding wheels or stones, sawblades, chisels, drill bits or any other acessories with excessive

wear.

• Ensure that all accessories are firmly fixed to the tool and keep cutting tools sharp and clean.

• Make sure that if the tool is fitted with a torque/air regulator, the torque achieved complies with the application.

• If an extra support handle is supplied with the tool, it should be fitted before the tool is used, and hold, if possible,

the tool with two hands.

• Do not use the tool for any other purpose than the specified, without consulting the manufacturer or the manufacturer's

authorized supplier. To do so may be dangerous. Never attempt to modify the tool for other uses for than the ones

for which it is designed.

• Do not force the tool. It will do the job better and safer when you use the tool in tasks fo which it is designed.

• Use the right tool. Do not force a small tool or attachment to do the job of a heavy duty tool.
