Sometimes an insulation part with obvious drawbacks (e.g., the insulation part is broken through under high
voltage) is nevertheless with a good absorption ratio (or polarization index). Therefore, absorption ratio
(polarization index) cannot be used to discover local insulation drawbacks other than dampness and contamination.

To enter the Manual Range mode, press Range button and Auto is hide, In the Manual Range mode, press Range
button to increment the range. After the highest range, the Meter wraps to the lowest range.
To exit Manual Range, press Range button for one second or turn the rotary switch. The Meter returns to Autorange
and Auto is displayed.
