OE 0900
HGV INDUCTION HEATER
3. Controlled heating
•
Using the timer
The device has an integrated timer for easy setting of the desired heating time, which,
combined with the controlled power mode, allows a relatively precise heating, i. e. heating
to a defi ned temperature.

Advantages :
•
Control of power by moving closer or further away.
•
Fine heating.
•
Low heat loss.
2. CP mode
In this mode, the unit tries to supply and maintain the set amount of heat or energy
introduced into the material. The advantage is therefore the controlled amount of heat
introduced into the material which, combined with synchronization, allows relatively
accurate heating to a set temperature, for example, for repeated preheating in production,
etc.
The disadvantage of this mode is that as it moves away from the material, the unit
signifi cantly increases the output power to maintain the level of heat transfer to the
material, thus increasing the loss and causing the unit to overheat more quickly. Effi
ciency
is also reduced.
