SPOT WELD AND DENT PULLER

SAFETY

• Turn off the switch when the machine is not in use.

• Be sure to turn off the switch when connecting or disconnecting the machine cables.

• Wear safety clothing and goggles

• Warning: welds can cause arcs or splashes that can cause injury.

• Keep the unit away from flammable materials

• Turn off the spotter and wait 5min before doing maintenance and repair

• The clamp is located inside the torch. The inner diameter of the clamp must be adapted to the 

grub screw. Do not use a worn hose clamp

• Warning: an electric shock can be fatal. Connect the spotter to earth in accordance with the 

regulations in force

• Do not touch live electrical parts or electrodes with bare skin, gloves or wet clothing.

Make sure that your working position is safe

• FUMES AND GASES: 

May be hazardous to health. Keep your head away from the vapours.

Work with adequate ventilation and use fans around the arc to prevent gas formation in the work 

area.

• ARC RAYS:

May injure eyes and burn skin.

Protect your eyes with welding masks equipped with filter lenses and protect your body with 

appropriate safety clothing.

Protect others by installing appropriate screens or curtains.

• RISK OF FIRE AND BURNS

Sparks can cause fires and burn the skin, so make sure there are no flammable materials in the area 

and wear appropriate protective clothing.

• NOISE

This machine does not directly produce more than 80dB. Plasma cutting / welding tools can 

produce noise levels exceeding this limit, so users must take all precautions required by law.

• PACEMAKER

Magnetic fields created by high currents can affect the functioning of pacemakers. Carriers of 

this type of equipment (pacemakers) should consult their doctor before starting any arc welding, 

cutting or spot welding operation.

• EXPLOSIONS

Do not weld near pressurized containers or in the presence of explosive dust, gases or fumes. All 

cylinders and regulators used in welding operations must be handled with care. 

• ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY

This machine is manufactured in accordance with current standards and should only be used 

for professional purposes in an industrial environment. Ensuring electromagnetic compatibility in 

non-industrial environments can be difficult.

IN CASE OF MALFUNCTION, SEEK THE ASSISTANCE OF QUALIFIED PERSONNEL.
