• Make sure that the wall socket is live/switched on
and that the adaptor or cable is not damaged.

• Check the volume.
• Make sure that your iPhone/iPod is properly
connected to the dock.
No sound from
connected external device.
• Check the volume.
• Make sure that the device is properly connected
to the AUX IN jack.
• Make sure that the connected external device is
turned on and in play mode.
