Troubleshooting guide
The speaker
will not
switch on.
If under battery power
• Are the batteries dead? Replace if necessary.
• Are the batteries inserted correctly?
If under USB power
• Is the USB cable intact and correctly connected
to the computer/USB charger?
• Make sure that the USB charger is undamaged
and securely plugged into a wall socket.
• Is the wall socket live?
No sound.
• Check the volume level of both the speaker and
the connected device.
• Make sure that the Bluetooth connection has
been properly established.
• Is there interference from other Bluetooth devices?
Switch off any other Bluetooth devices nearby.
• Test the playback from your external device before
connecting it.
• Try using another file for playback. The file you are
attempting to play may be corrupted.
