4.2 Preparations
• Do not connect the adaptor. Make sure that it is not connected to
the mains.
• Find the name of the print server which is printed on a label on the bottom
of the device. It consists of 8 letters and/or numbers.
You will need this information during configuration.
• Check the wireless and IP settings for the Access Point you are
connecting your PC to.
4.3 Begin configuration
1. Insert the supplied CD into computer’s CD-ROM. The program will start
automatically (if not, start it manually by double-clicking on
Autorun.exe
in the root folder on the CD.
2. Click on
Setup Wizard
.
N.B.
Choose Setup Wizard to first configure the wireless print server, which
is not yet connected to the network. Or you may click on the
Setup Wizard
when the wireless configuration needs to be changed.
PC Install
is used mainly for adding other users, who’s PCs’, are already
connected to the wireless network.
