1. Description
• Interconnectable optical smoke alarms are designed to quickly detect
the presence of smoke particles in the air.
• In large buildings, several smoke alarms can be connected together wirelessly so
that if any one of the alarms detects smoke it can activate the other alarms in
the system.
• In order to ensure transmission of the alarm’s radio signals even in poor reception
conditions (lots of interference, etc) each smoke alarm has a switch on the back
and can be used on one of 10 different codes. This means that the risk of your
system being interfered with (or interfering with) similar system in the vicinity can
be limited.
