INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

VACUUM SHOE MAINTENANCE
Check the vacuum shoe daily. Remove any built-up string, hair or carpet
fi
bers. To remove:

Press the Scrub OFF Switch

. Turn the master Key Switch

OFF.

Remove the Debris Hopper

The left side shoe must be removed

rst to allow clearance for the right side shoe to slide out.

Disconnect the Vacuum Hose

from the Vacuum Shoe

Pull up on the Ring

and hold up while pulling the shoe forward and then out of the machine.

Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the right side vacuum shoe.

Follow steps in reverse order to reassemble.
SPRAY NOZZLE MAINTENANCE
Remove the spray nozzles once a week. Soak the nozzles overnight in a vinegar and water solution to remove chemical deposits.
POWER BRUSH MAINTENANCE
Check the brushes daily. Remove any built-up string, hair or carpet
fi
bers. Check the bristle length. Have a service technician change the brush
when the brush bristles are worn to 1/2 inch (13 mm).
