At the beginning of each shift, inspect your truck and fi ll out a daily
inspection sheet.
Check for damage and maintenance problems.
Have repairs made before you operate the truck.

DO NOT OPERATE A FAULTY TRUCK. Your safety is at risk.
After checking, mark each item accordingly. Explain below as necessary.
