Check the HDVD mechanism spring. (Refer to Fig. 1.)
The spring should not be extended.

The gasket of the upper cover should not ride up.

[Precautions for AUDIO-PWB handling]
* Do not subject the AUDIO-PWB FAN to strong impact. If it is dropped from a height of 20 cm or more, discard it.
* Do not touch the rotating part of the AUDIO-PWB FAN.
* Pay sufficient attention in handling so that the FAN inside the AUDIO PWB does not hit other parts.

There should be no protrusion from the hole of
sheet R1.

Place the rear cover US part on the rear surface of the main
unit assy, fix the whole upper cover on the main unit assy and
tighten it with 2.6 x 8 screws (E).
Check that the DVD mechanism half pierces are
not misaligned.
After installing the upper cover, handle according to
the product hand manual.
Check the 6 stickers on the inner side of upper cover (D),
insert on the upper surface of the main unit assy in the order of
front left surface side then front right surface side, and set on
the front side surface only.
