The following table indicates a few simple steps that can be taken safely
to address any faults or malfunctions that may occur during normal use of
the watering system.
PROBLEM
SOLUTIONS
Remote control not
working (display
blank)
The batteries are completely flat, or have not been correctly fitted
(for more information see “Fitting the batteries” on page 49)
The remote control is faulty: contact CLABER service and ar-
range to have the product repaired, through your local dealer.
Remote control
working (display
active) but water-
ing takes place
at times or in
ways not as pro-
grammed.
The times of the RF Unit and the remote control are not syn-
chronized: carry out the synchronization procedure.
See “Transmission of watering parameters and settings to the
RF Units” on page 76.
New parameters have been programmed but the settings
have not been transmitted to the RF Unit in the field (
PROG
blinking on the remote control display).
See
“Transmission of watering parameters and settings to the
RF Units” on page 76.
The remote control automatically rearranges the 4 daily START
TIMEs of each Programme, A or B, optimizing them in such
a way as to:
1) ensure that no watering cycle can start before the previous
one has finished;
2) ensure that no watering cycle can overrun the 24 hours
available in the day.
If the preference is for the remote control not to reorder the
START TIMEs, these must be set in such a way as to avoid the
two situations above.
