Water is not getting cold
•
Fan is running continuously and compressor is room
temperature – Inspect Overload and relay, may need to
be replaced if defective.
Alternatively, clean dirt/debris off condenser as it may
clog operation.
•
Fan is not running, compressor is hot – Ensure the fan
blade is free from obstruction. Replace fan motor if
defective. Ensure fan is plugged into the fan wires.
•
Compressor is making a loud knocking/grinding noise.
Contact CIVIQ as compressor may need replacement.
