Pull the end of the arm cuff
outwards so that the cuff is
snug around your arm and then
secure the end to the Velcro.

Place your arm on a table or
the like so that the center of the
cuff comes to the height of your
heart.
* Carefully place the cuff on your
arm, taking care to use the correct
tightness. The tightness is correct
if you can readily slide a fi nger
between the cuff and your arm.

Relax your arm and lightly open
the palm upward.
