혈압에 대해서

혈압이란 ?

심장은 우리 몸의 피를 순환시키는 펌프 역할을 합니다 .
피가 심장에서 동맥으로 나가는 과정에서의 규칙적인 압력이 우리가 
말하는 혈압입니다 . 혈압은 심장에서 혈액을 내보낼 때 발생하는 
수축기 혈압과 혈액이 심장으로 돌아올 때 발생하는 이완기 혈압을 
포함한 여러 종류의 혈압으로 표시됩니다 .

혈압은 항상 바뀝니다 .

혈압은 연령 , 성별 및 기타 다양한 요인에 따라 달라집니다 . 혈압은 
하루 동안의 바이오리듬 , 자세 , 신체 활동 , 정신 활동 , 스트레스 수준 , 
심지어 공기 온도에도 영향을 받을 수 있습니다 . 건강한 사람의 혈압은 
일반적으로 하루 동안 계속 변합니다 .
