Step 3
Disconnect the power cable, a small connector with four connected wires, from the floppy disk drive in
the housing, as shown in
Figure 2
.

Step 4
Follow the internal pale yellow SCSI cable, as shown in
Figure 2
, from the floppy disk drive to identify
its connection to the tape drive, located at the top right and partially covered by the backplane.
Step 5
Disconnect the SCSI cable from the tape drive.
Caution
Do not to pull off the cable from the hard drives.
Step 6
Follow the power cable that you disconnected in
Step 3
to the power source connector at the PWR1
receptacle, which is labeled on the backplane power source, as shown in
Figure 3
.

Disconnect the connector at PWR1.
