NOTE:
If you select a favorite that has already
been associated with content, it will inform you
that the older item will no longer be set as a
favorite and ask if you want to continue. Select
Yes
to use the new item or
No
to keep the old
item set as a favorite.
Playing a Favorite
To play a favorite using the IR Remote, perform the
following steps:
1. Press the
Favorites
button.
2. Press the number on the remote that is assigned to the
favorite that you want to play.
NOTE:
Selecting a favorite, clears the current
tracks in the
Now Playing Queue
and adds the
track(s) associated with the currently selected
favorite.
Creating Playlists
Playlists can be created on a computer using the Cisco
Media Player software.
NOTE:
Playlists can also be created in
Audiolounge and iTunes. For details on
configuring playlists in Audiolounge and
iTunes, please refer to the help files located in
those applications.
To create a playlist using the Cisco Media Player Software,
perform the following steps:
1. Click on the Music Note icon under Media Sources
on the Cisco Media Player.
2. In the
Menu
window, click the plus sign (
+
) next to
Playlists.
NOTE:
If the Menu is not displayed, click on the
Show/Hide Menu
icon at the top of the page.
3. A new playlist will be added underneath Playlists. Enter
a title for your new playlist and hit
Enter
.
4. In the
Menu
window, click
Music
and locate a song
or songs that you want in your new playlist. You can
enter a track, album, or artist title in the
Search
field
or you can sort through the content by genre, artist,
or album.
