Descriptions
10.
DC-5
CAUSE:
Over current failure.
SOLUTION:
Restart the treadmill.
11.
DC-6
CAUSE:
Lower board failure.
SOLUTION:
Replace the lower board.
12.
DC-7
CAUSE:
During the operation, IGBT short circuit to protect lower board.
SOLUTION:
Restart the treadmill and the error message “DC-6” pops
out. (It means the lower board needs to be replaced.)
13.
DC-8
CAUSE:
The emergency stop button of the treadmill is loose contact.
Therefore the display of the upper board is normal but the operation of
lower board is interrupted.
SOLUTION:
Check the wiring of emergency stop button. Make sure the
wiring between upper board and lower board is normal. If wiring is
normal, please replace the upper board or the lower board.
14.
E1
CAUSE:
Motor sensor failure.
SOLUTION:
Check if the motor is running normally.
- If not, please replace lower board or motor.
- If the motor runs normally, please check if the position of RPM sensor
and magnetic induction are correct.
15.
E6
CAUSE:
Incline motor doesn't reach the assigned position in limited
time within the mechanism safe range.
SOLUTION:
1. The variable resistor power supply (+) of incline motor is
disconnected.
2. The incline ADC circuit is damaged.
3. The incline motor movement is malfunction (stop or turn to wrong
side).
16.
E7
CAUSE:
The ADC value of incline motor is incorrect, and out of the
mechanism safe range.
SOLUTION:
1. The variable resistor power supply (
-
) of incline motor is
disconnected.
2. The incline motor movement is out of the mechanism safe range (too
high or too low).
