3.1 DETECT BAUD RATE
3G Cradle with firmware version 1.03 or later provides users with the function to switch
between Baud rates (57600 or 115200 bps). The default value is 57600bps; users can
set Baud rate to 115200bps for greater amounts of data transmission.
Select
1. DetectBaudRate
on the main menu.
After entering the “DetectBaudRate” item, the mobile computer will detect and display
the current Baud rate. Press the [1] or [2] key to select the corresponding Baud rate, or
press the [ESC] key to back to the previous menu.
After the [1] or [2] key is pressed, the message shows up indicating Baud rate setting is
done. Once the Baud rate setting is changed, system will immediately have the setting
take effect and save it. Next time the device will power up with the new setting.
