MULTIBLOC DUNGS MB-DLE 405..412
Mounting
1. Mount flange onto tube lines: use appropriate sealing agent (see );
2. insert MB-DLE: note position of O rings (see );
3. tighten screws A, B, C and D ( - ), accordind to the mounting positions ();
4. after installation, perform leakage and functional test;
5. disassembly in reverse order.

Mounting
1. Loosen screws A and B
do not
unscrew ( - ).
2. unscrew screws C and D ( - ).
3. Remove MultiBloc between the threaded flanges ().
4. After mounting, perform leakage and functional tests.
Once the train is installed, connect the gas valves group plug
ATTENTION:
it is recommended to mount filter and gas valves to avoid that extraneous material drops inside the valves,
during maintenance and cleaning operation of the filters (both the filters outside the valves group and the ones built-in the
gas valves).

ATTENTION:
once the gas train is mounted according to the diagram, the gas proving test mus be performed, according to
the procedure set by the laws in force.
